Dumbbell Bicep Curl is one of the most well known and effective resistance training exercises to build and strengthen your arms. (Another great exercise is a chin-up). This exercise targets the inner, outer and lower biceps muscles.

To try Dumbbell Bicep Curl, stand up straight, with your feet apart, and hold dumbbells with your hands down. Raise both dumbbells and then lower them down after a short pause.
