Seated Calf Raise is a classic resistance training exercises to build and strengthen your calves. Specifically it targets your Soleus and Gastrocnemius muscles.
To do the Seated Calf Raise, use the seated calf raise machine at your nearest Dolphin Fitness gym.
Load the weight and seat comfortably on the bench with your back straight, Raise up on your toes as high as possible, pause and slowly go back to the starting position. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
Do 15-25 repetitions, 3-4 sets.
